About Me

I am Svenja, an art therapist and coach for biographical work in the House of Life®. At the age of 20, I knew I wanted to support people on their path to inner strength and well-being, which is why I began studying anthroposophic art therapy in the Netherlands in 2018.

Attending a Waldorf school - a place that encouraged personal growth - gave me a meaningful foundation for my art therapy studies, which I have come to deeply value. It allows me to guide people from a holistic perspective; supporting them on their journey towards becoming who they truly want to be.

I feel a strong connection to the topic of anxiety. For a longer period of time, it was part of my life, and I engaged with it by learning to notice it mindfully and to relate to my feelings with greater awareness. Through creative exercises, biographical work, and movement practices, I gained new perspectives and received impulses that strengthened my trust in myself and my body.

Today I support people in getting to know themselves better and in finding their own connection to themselves and their body.

In a safe and supportive space, you can become aware of your needs, take yourself seriously, and explore your own path at your own pace. It is about experiencing yourself more consciously and discovering impulses that can support you in developing greater trust in yourself and your body.

If this resonates with you and you would like to learn more, please feel free to get in touch.

I look forward to meeting you!

Philosophy & Approach

I support you with a holistic perspective on body, mind, and spirit, always with respect and attention to you as an individual. My aim is to create a safe space where you can explore and develop your potential at your own pace.

My approach is body-oriented and guided by mindfulness. By becoming more aware of your body, you can reflect on your experiences and gain new insights. In addition, I offer guided meditations and exercises from Qigong, which help you tune into your body, mind, and energy. This creates a space where you can find calm, connect more deeply with yourself, and discover new perspectives for personal growth.
