General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching and art therapy sessions that you book or use with me. They govern the relationship between me as the provider and you as the client.

By scheduling an appointment or using my services, you agree to these terms. They apply to all online and in-person sessions, regardless of whether they are arranged by phone, email, or through the Tixeo platform.

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the provision of art therapy, consulting, and coaching services by the provider. Services can take place online via Tixeo or in person.

The offerings include, in particular, personal guidance, biography work, and measures for personal development. Sessions can be booked either verbally or by email.

No guarantee is given regarding the success of the sessions, and no healing promises are made.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

The contract for the use of art therapy, consulting, and coaching services comes into effect as soon as you schedule an appointment verbally or by email and I confirm the appointment.

By booking a session, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions.

The language of the contract can be German, English, or Dutch.

4. Service Conditions

Booking: Appointments are scheduled verbally or by email. Once I confirm the appointment, it is binding.

Duration & Procedure: The duration of the session depends on the service you have booked. Online sessions take place via Tixeo – I will send you the participation link in advance.

Data Protection & Confidentiality: Your privacy is important to me. All information you provide during the sessions or when booking will be treated strictly confidentially and used only for scheduling, billing, and conducting the sessions.

Online sessions via Tixeo are conducted on a secure, GDPR-compliant platform. Your data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

I only store personal data as long as necessary for billing and documentation purposes. After that, it will be securely deleted.

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your stored data at any time.

Language: Sessions can be conducted in English, German, or Dutch.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices for my art therapy, consulting, and coaching sessions include all taxes. After the session, you will receive the invoice via the Ukko billing service.

Payment is made by bank transfer. By booking a session, you agree to these payment terms.

Please note that invoices should be paid within 7 days of receipt. In case of late payment, I reserve the right to charge late payment interest.

Cancellations: In-person appointments must be cancelled at least 3 days in advance; otherwise, the full fee will be charged.
Online appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the full fee will be charged.

6. Warranty

I provide my art therapy, consulting, and coaching services to the best of my knowledge and ability.

As these are individual services, I cannot guarantee personal success of the sessions and make no healing promises. Results may vary from person to person.

7. Usage Rights

All materials, concepts, or worksheets provided by me remain my intellectual property. You are granted a simple right to use them personally within the scope of the sessions.

Creative work you produce during the sessions belongs to you. Sharing, publishing, or reproducing the materials or creative work of third parties is only allowed with my explicit consent.

The same rules apply to digital sessions and materials: they may only be used for personal purposes and not shared with third parties.

8. Conduct

To ensure a pleasant and safe atmosphere, please behave respectfully and considerately during our sessions.

Be punctual to make the most of the scheduled session time.
Avoid disruptive or aggressive behavior to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
For online sessions, make sure you are in a quiet, undisturbed space and that your technology works properly so we can work effectively.

I reserve the right to interrupt or discontinue sessions if safety, respect, or constructive collaboration cannot be guaranteed.

9. Liability

Participation in the sessions is at your own risk. I assume no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from participation, as far as legally permissible.

I make no healing promises and do not guarantee the success of the sessions.

10. Applicable Law

All contracts for my art therapy, consulting, and coaching services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Finland.
